You never quite know what to expect from a winter wedding in Connecticut. Snow? Freezing wind? How about a rare warm streak in January at the fabulous Inn at Longshore? We say yes! No matter what it’s like outside (there was gorgeous soft light that day) the Inn at Longshore is one of our favorite venues in New England. The food is incredible, the staff is awesome (yay for Christine & Eddie!), and the Inn itself is super charming and very inviting. We couldn’t have been happier to photograph Pam & Shane’s wedding day there.
We already had the warm fuzzies from their engagement session, and it just got better from the moment we arrived. Pam & Shane are both sweet and funny, and they were surrounded by those same qualities in their friends and families. Pam looked stunning in her Anna Maier gown and Shane looked oh-so-dapper in his tux, both with beautiful flowers from Braach’s Flowers. Pam’s bridesmaids also looked gorgeous in gowns by Monique Lhuillier and fur shawls (a gift from the bride), which helped keep them warm outside.
Everything was expertly put together (much like the entire day) by Heather Allen of Table 6 Productions. Pam & Shane’s wedding day was filled with one incredible moment after the next. We wish them both all the best in all of their years to come together!
