Ashley + John | Waveny Park Engagement

They say that when you you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like working.  And when you really love your clients, it’s icing on the cake.  We met Ashley & John at their friends wedding, which we just happened to be photographing (coming soon!).  While we had spoken to Ashley on the phone before they booked us, it was really nice to get a chance to chat with her and John before their engagement session (in between running around snapping photos of course).   We are also thrilled to be shooting their wedding next year at Burning Tree Country Club in Greenwich.  It’s a gorgeous venue with really pretty surrounding land and lots of opportunities for great photos both inside and out.  We were just there in the fall, and can’t wait to go back. As for their engagement photos, we absolutely loved spending time with them at Waveny Park.  They are both so warm and down to earth, and constantly laughing and smiling with each other, and it definitely shows in their photos. Waveny has so much variety and pretty spots for photos at any time of the year, but we especially love its grass field in the back in the fall.  It’s just perfect at sunset.  We got the goose bumps a few times while we were photographing them!
