Marissa + Dan

Vicki and I were back to back at the Glen Island Harbor Club, and this time for the super fun, romantic and joyous wedding of  Marissa + Dan!  We knew we were going to be in love with their day when we met them at our studio in Greenwich, and we were right.  We also knew that we were going to have a blast with the two of them as they are both filled with an incredibly bright and vibrant energy together, the kind that made us feel happier for being around it.  We were also fully prepared to be rained out for photos outdoors (the weather forecast was at a 70% chance of rain for the entire day), and brought all of our parasols and rain gear in anticipation.  What actually happened was that we had all the time we needed for photos outside with the two of them, and just as the four of us were back indoors, it started pouring.  The kind of monsoon, raining-cats-and-dogs sort of pouring that would typically dampen the spirits of any bride and groom on their wedding day.  We all took it as the kind of blessing that it was, and celebrated the occasion by adding in some really fun shots of the two of them inside on the gorgeous spiral staircase.  Please have a look at just some of our favorite images from their day!
