They say a little rain on your wedding day is good luck.  And those that say it know that small bumps in the road on the way to an event or milestone are just that – small bumps that make a story more interesting when it is told years later.  Molly and James had a little rain on their wedding day – and through it all, they found time to enjoy every moment they were in, smiling and laughing the whole time.  A cloudy day is also good luck for us!  What most people don’t realize is that clouds during the day soften the sunlight as it touches everything in its path – and soft light is yummy light.  So while we surely waited patiently with everyone else for the day to make up it’s mind, we were rewarded for it a hundredfold.

Molly and James not only had the love and support of their family and friends throughout (and looked oh so cute together), they also had some of the finest people in the industry on their team making sure the day was absolutely beautiful and brimming with exquisite little details.  From the stunning flowers by Sarah Worden Natural Design that punctuated every moment with an exclamation of glorious color to Molly’s hair and makeup by Simply Gorgeous by Erin Infantino that truly captured Molly’s beauty.  We adored their stationery by Roseville Designs that spoke to the elegance of the day, with the day itself expertly managed and seamlessly executed by the awesome team at Stacie Shea Events.  And best of all, our good personal friends at The Lightmill were there with us capturing and preserving all of the incredibly touching moments.  We couldn’t be happier to share their day with you, and wish them both the best of luck in all their years to come.
